闪光测速仪又叫频闪观测仪、闪频仪、频闪仪。闪光测速仪是一种非接触式转速测量仪器,可测量旋转物的转速,周期性震动频率,也可观察运转机件的磨损变形,广泛应用于机电设备的测量,因为它采用不接触的测量方法,因而不消耗被测物体的动能,所以也是目前机械设备状态检测较为理想的测量仪器。
其采用了单片机控制驱动电路和液晶屏显示,触发频率准确可靠,数字显示清晰明亮。主机造型美观,40颗大功率led照射,闪光亮度高,带有激光自动同步,可单手操作,使用方便、简单、舒适。
闪光测速仪操作步骤:
1、测速
(1)在被测物近中心部分作上标记或认定已有的特征标记(宜作非对称的标记)。
(2)旋转档位到开机位置,接通电源,显示屏即显示闪光测速仪上次保存的测试转速。
(3)若待测物体转速值的大致范围未知时,先将按键开关置于 档。细调旋钮(带动十圈电位器)。先顺时针转到头,把闪光对准标记,一边把细调旋钮逆时针微调,一边观察标记,当次出现桅顶的单象时,显示屏显示的读数就是被测物的每分钟转数。若" "档不出现单定象时,用类似上述的方法。
(4)若待测物体转速范围已知时,则可先将测速仪调整到相应的测试转速,然后采用细调的方法,使用光从高速向低速变化,次出现稳定的单象时,显示屏上的读数就是被测物体的每分钟转数。
2、动态观测
方法同上。在出现个单象时,细调测试转速,让闪光频率与转速略有差异。这样,图像就不是静止而是以慢速转动,图像的旋转方向和速度受到细调的控制,视需要而定。
