LUYOR-3320表面瑕疵检查灯，利用适合的光纤灯源，在工件表面折射出光路，使得操作员肉眼可识别出工件表面的灰尘、刮痕、毛刺、凹凸、油墨等瑕疵点，取代传统的照明设备 和光学系统机台，直接通过照明光线和肉眼，观测出一般玻璃表面、部件表面的瑕疵，极大的节省了一般工厂的采购成本。产品主要用于镜片、液晶玻璃、手机玻 璃、模具、汽车、手机保护膜、柔性基板、网版丝印等行业。
LED平行光表面检查灯可以检测1μ的表面脏污，比传统的检查灯，效用增强10倍左右。 同时，表面瑕疵检查灯，可选配电池包、灯源遮光罩、活动手臂、支撑架、调光装置等附件，以配合人员的固定场所或者流动场所的使用。

白光：刮伤以及对不同层次的镀膜均匀或微污染有很好的效果。
绿光：微刮伤、粉尘异物、Mura，，70%以上的表面不良都可以被检出。尤其是表面的微刮伤。
黄光：微刻模具、半导体晶圆、蓝宝石。模拟全波段的卤素光源，对镀膜检查效果不错。
