美国路阳LUYOR公司LEC-280L玻璃锡面灯、玻璃正反面检测仪用于辨别浮法玻璃的“锡面”。浮法玻璃成型时，高温玻璃带漂浮在熔融的锡液上，玻璃下表面因此渗入一定量的锡。此渗锡面具有许多特殊性质，对玻璃进一步深加工有明显的影响。丝网印刷应在非锡面，否则色彩会有偏差。镀膜也应在非锡面。弯钢化时，锡面应在凸面，否则易出彩虹。大面积平钢化玻璃锡面朝室内，否则在阳光照 射下，玻璃边部易见彩虹。

更换灯管：
旋出固定底座的螺钉，拿下底座、固定套及灯管，换上新灯管，按相反步骤重新安装即可。
操作注意事项：
长时间操作本仪器时应佩戴LUV-40型防紫外线面罩；
仪器不使用时，确保各开关在“OFF”的位置。
使用时的光线条件：
使用本仪器时应在较暗的光线下使用较果更佳。
使用方法：
打开LEC-240L型玻璃锡面仪、玻璃正反面检测仪开关，在外界光线较暗处将锡面计窗口贴近照射玻璃表面，若与本品接触的玻璃面呈现白雾状，此面即为“锡面”，非锡面基本无反映。若外界光线较强，可用纸板等物遮挡使用。在光线较暗的车间中,可使用单灯管,这样较省电。双灯管照射时，锡面反应较明显，但较费电。 美国路阳中国公司专业供应LEC-240L手提式浮法玻璃"锡面"鉴别器。
